We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To start a return, you can fill Contact Us Form or send an email at [email protected] specifying the number of your order. Once the request for a return is received, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Do not worry, making the return is simple!

We’ll kindly ask you to go to a national shipping center (Example: USPS) or to use your account with private shippers (Example: DHLFEDEXUPS ) and make the shipment to our warehouse.

Moreover, for the returns from any other country other than the USA, we kindly ask the customer to provide us with an identity code, a copy of the identity card, and a copy of their statement to the local customs specifying the value of the goods.

We inform you that the shipping costs to our warehouse are always borne by the customer. We kindly ask you to pack the items properly, so the package does not arrive at the warehouse damaged.

Replacement

Would you like to change the size or model?

Please send us an email at [email protected] specifying the number of your order, and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the product you would like to replace.

However, making the replacement is simple!

We’ll kindly ask you to go to a national shipping center (Example: USPS) or to use your account with private shippers (Example: DHLFEDEXUPS ) and make the shipment to our warehouse.

Please enter the order number in the transport document and specify the reason for the return (e.g. size too small/too big).

We kindly ask you to pack the items properly, so the package does not arrive at the warehouse damaged.

We inform you that the shipping costs to our warehouse are always borne by the customer. However, as soon as we receive a shipping confirmation from you via email, we will send the replacement for free.

Refunds

Refund of returned item/out-of-stock items.

Once we receive the items to be returned and inspect them, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

The refund notification is automatic, so if you do not receive it, please check your spam folder too.
